Howard E. Case is a Principal of Founders Capital Management. Previously, Howard was President and Managing Partner of Case, Corrado, Yazmer & Company, P.C., a public accounting firm at which he has served as a business adviser and certified public accountant for more than 40 years. Howard’s expertise includes the evaluation of financial statements and market conditions to determine the fair purchase or sale price of a business. He has served on the board of directors of several for-profit and non-for-profit organizations, and his expertise spans a wide range of fields including tax and estate planning, general business consulting, and retirement planning. He has also served as a principal and adviser in the creation, purchase, and sale of numerous businesses in the manufacturing, retailing, real estate, and professional services industries. Howard holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Vermont.
Patrick A. Terrion is a Principal of Founders Capital Management. Previously, he was President of The Terrion Group, an investment advisory firm he established in 1998 that merged with Founders in 2003. Since 2001, Pat has taught a special topics course in the Business School at the University of Connecticut that provided selected students an opportunity to manage and invest a portion of the UConn Endowment Fund. Pat previously served in senior management positions with several global organizations including British Airways and Thomas Cook/American Express, and he was a director on the board of British Airways North American pension Fund. Pat is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. He holds a B.S. in business administration from The University of Massachusetts.
Anna Case is a Client Portfolio Manager for Founders Capital Management. Previously, Anna was a Business Management Associate at Morgan Stanley working with financial advisors to provide advice to clients on financial planning and wealth management. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Anna worked as an analyst at Macquarie Capital advising financial clients on the origination, structuring, and execution of leverage loan transactions. Anna’s background in asset management, financial planning, and wealth management provides clients with extensive background and investment knowledge when developing their wealth management plans. Anna holds an Economics degree from Colgate University.
Ted Terrion is Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Founders Capital Management. Previously, Ted was a Senior Financial Planning Analyst in the aerospace industry with experience at United Technologies and Northrop Grumman, where he served in a range of financial operations including financial metric reporting for various business segments, program management/budgeting, and contract valuation imperative to future business strategy. Ted is involved with the local community; he is a Board Member at Northwest Catholic High School and Chair of the Finance Committee, with responsibility that includes leading the investment committee for the school’s endowment fund. Ted holds a B.S. in finance from Bentley University.
Lisa M. Wackerman is Vice President of Operations and Compliance Manager at Founders Capital Management. She joined Founders following a 22-year tenure with Case, Corrado, Yazmer & Company, P.C., where she held a range of administrative and accounting positions. Lisa oversees all administrative functions at Founders and works directly with clients, assisting with account requests and acting as a conduit between the firm’s clients and respective custodians. In her compliance leadership role, Lisa strives for compliance excellence, continuously gaining knowledge on the most efficient and effective ways to ensure that Founders maintains compliance with external regulatory requirements as well as internal policies.
